Started it’s life as a single ply bitumen roofing system of first generation covering multiple layers of tar and gravel roof membrane, the roof was in horrible condition and was in need of timely replacement. Eco Smart came in with two crews and removed all layers of membrane, repaired all damage at structural framing and installed structural plywood over existing wood deck system. We installed new 4-ply roofing system consisting of bitumen torch down, installed new solar stantions, coated the roof with epoxy primer and siliconized coating. It’s a beauty that will serve decades.
