Exterior Renovations and Roofing Replacements come with 7 and 10 year warranty based on category, type and expected service life of installation. Please contact your project manager for more information about warranty and detailed scope of your project, this information is usually found in your inspection report.

Eco Smart is licensed in Class (B) General Contractor as well as (C-39) Roofing Contractor trades. Eco Smart carries Liability Insurance, Workers Compensation Insurance as well as Commercial Insurance for all vehicles in it's fleet.

Eco Smart charges an $125 in hour fee for all DBI and Inspection Associated requests including Historical Preservation Plan Review and General Planning Resolutions. We hire a 3rd party independent inspection agency for all complex and Type A / Type B Historical Preservation projects. Eco Smart can be hired for all Complaint Resolutions as well as Owner vs Contractor resolutions.
